Masao has worked in many restaurants in Japan and in the United States for fifty years. I opened a vegan restaurant, Masao's Kitchen, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1993, now located in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Evelyne has been a macrobiotic cooking teacher and counselor for more than thirty years.
