As a qualified Personal Trainer and Plant Based Nutritionist, and ex professional dancer, my areas of specialisation include conditioning for dancers, relief from lower back pain, weight loss, total body transformations, and working with those with a history of yo-yo dieting. As a personal trainer, I have a gentle yet firm approach and strive to get the best out of my clients through an active and consistent focus on the physical, mental, emotional and nutritional aspects of a lifestyle reset.
