About

Christopher Sícat was a long time Los Angeles artist and director before relocating to Northern California. His recent sculptures investigate the natural urban environment as a platform for performance based art making. He is a graduate of Otis Parsons School of Design (BFA) and the New York Academy of Arts (MFA). Sicat directed the infamous Hatch Gallery in Los Angeles, which hosted the controversial “Rejection Show.” The rave response of the show was highlighted on the BBC The World and the LA Times.
