Todd H. Williams is a photographer and educator based in Austin, Texas. His first book entitled "San Miguel de Allende, A Visual Diary" will be released in the Fall of 2009, to be followed by a black and white book from his time in Paris.

He teaches photography at the University of Texas Union in Austin.
