My Bio I have been photographing the western life since the late 1970's. The series on Women and Their Horses was a favorite because of my background with horses. I am now a senior citizen and my life-long love of horses, whether packing mules, showing in western classes, or riding on a equestrian drill team shows I've loved the life. These pictures and verses show the love I have for Women and Their Horses. I have other photo series on the California Cowboy, Ranch Kids, and Western Trails that will come out in the future. Watch for them.

Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
The makings of a cowboy
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...
I'm 73 years old and have spent most of my life around horses. I was married for 34 years to a working cowboy who taught me ranch life and what to expect from a good horse underneath me. I also LOVE precision drill teams and have spent over 30 years as a member and drill master of both a junior and a senior team. My 35 mm camera turned into a passion that is shown in my books.
This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)
I've captured the love and devotion of other women and their horses. Any age, any type of discipline. I also found an addiction to write short verses or stories to go with the pictures. These tell how I feel about what I photographed.
