Louis' love for photography began as a Senior in High School when at that time he purchased his first camera. In 1979 he made the decision to join the US Navy and served in the Armed Forces from 1979 - 1996. While in the Navy he focused on developing his skills as a photographer. In 1986 Louis became a Navy Bio-Medical Photographer and through that training honed his skills even further.
Upon retiring from active service in October 1996, Louis has continued to work in the field he so loves. Pursuing any opportunity he could find that would both challenge him and mold him.. Louis has always had a love and passion for people, wildlife and the outdoors. It drives him to continuously capture unique and distinctive images conveying through these images his love of God and His wonderful creation.
