Everyone in my family loves cooking and eating great food, especially my ten-year old brother, David. David is an adventurous eater. However, he was not always that way. When David was younger, he only ate “white food,” such as chicken nuggets and pasta. Eventually though, he began to taste many of the different recipes I was having fun preparing. Whenever he liked a dish, he would repeatedly ask me to make it for him. Now, David will try almost any dish and has become proficient at making several of the recipes in this book.
The following pages contain easy, healthy, and exciting meals. They are meant to illustrate that cooking great food should not be intimidating. My hope is that everyone who makes the recipes in this book will take pleasure in eating good, wholesome food, just like my brother David.
