Lulu Yang is a vibrant, energetic woman who embraces life, family, and food. She created this cookbook as a loving tribute to her family and heritage.
Born in Taiwan, Lulu moved to the United States with her family in 1973. Today, she resides in California with her husband, Michael, and two sons. As President of her own company, Touchstone Management Consultants, Inc. Lulu helps major corporations solve problems and achieve greater success. As the executive chef of Lulu’s Kitchen, she helps people become comfortable in the kitchen working with ethnic recipes made with fresh ingredients.
Lulu trained at the Culinary Institute of America and has lived and traveled extensively in Europe and Asia. In traveling in countries such as Thailand, China, France, Italy and Spain, Lulu learned from local chefs and cooks and has brought that authenticity home to share with her students and clients.

|Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...|
Let me know which one sounds good to you:
1. How to throw great cooking parties as any GOURMET DIVA can and should.
2. Marco Polo's culinary adventures: What pasta and pizza and chow mein and pancakes have in common? How good is this...linking Chinese and Italian recipes that tie East to West and vice versa.
3. From farm to table, the ethnic recipes of today's America. Combining the philosophy of eating local and organic with ethnic recipes from "Nonnas" of Asia, Europe & America.
