Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Andrea Norberg’s love of photography was borne of a gift from her grandmother; a 35mm point and shoot camera that she toted around for years, wasting many a roll of film on her stuffed animals and the family dog.

In September 2009, Andrea left a promising career at Farm Credit Canada (FCC) to listen to her inner greed and become an artist, enrolling in the Applied Photography Program at SIAST. Andrea successfully completed her requirements and received her diploma, with Great Distinction, on June 6th of 2011.

While Andrea spends her days working full time for the federal government, she makes time in the evenings and on weekends to do individual portraits, family pictures, grads and weddings.
