After starting the freelance photo/design company Sugardisaster in the late 90's, extensively traveling throughout North America, Europe and Asia, I moved to Japan in 2001 and began publishing the bilingual, Culture rag HESO Magazine (http://hesomagazine.com), which still takes up a lot of my time when I'm not enjoying sushi, sake and sansai soba.

Cooking. Having worked in a handful of pizza joints, Mexican takeouts, Chinese deliveries, a few Italian ristorantes, a French Fusion place and finally a sushi bar, I've taken the next step and began creating my own recipes and documenting every delicious gastronomic step. |
