Atomic is a video producer and publisher all about vintage plastic toys from the Atomic Era and Beyond. We specialize in Marx playsets - those boxed sets of cowboys and Fort Apache, or World War 2 Battlegrounds or Airports and so on, but we often cover a diverse range of other toys from Remco, Mattel and Ideal. We produce a magazine and DVDs covering these topics.

Areas of Expertise

We report the fun and industrial history of atomic-age plastic toys and ephemera -- especially the era of the Louis Marx playset and all Marx, Ideal, MPC, Disney and many other's plastic output from WWII - 1980's. Marx was a major producer of baby boomer playsets and other toys.
