Martin Ledford explores fundamental human conditions such as solitude and compassion through environmental portraits, still life and landscape.

Ledford's current work, "In His Room," examines identity through a collection of intimate portraits of men in their bedrooms. Selections from this work may be previewed at the website www.inhisroom.com.

A graduate of Art Center College of Design, Ledford is based in Los Angeles.
