Let's keep it short and sweet.
I've been an environmental professional for more than 25 years, and I added health and safety to my bag of tricks in 1999. Most of my work has been in industry, mostly with Fortune 500 companies, but I also have consulted, and I've even had my own consulting business.
I've been writing since I was a child, more for my own enjoyment than for publication. "Brother Bear and the Thin Ice" is my first published book, but I also have written two young adult novels and one mainstream novel. My hope is to find a home for the mainstream novel in the next year.

the environment, as were my first two "Brother Bear and the Thin Ice" and "If Trees Could Talk". I think that "Brother Bear" may actually be the first in a series of books that uses stories about young animals to help teach younger children about the environment and about their part in having a lighter environmental footprint.
