Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
Mindless moments - the antithesis of Cartier Bresson's on-going moment, or whatever it was.
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...
In my humble opinion: read Donald RIchie and Henry Miller. Look at Cy Twombly and Gerhard Richter's paintings. Take in performances of John Cage's work especially if performed by the Korean dancer/choreographer Shin Ja Hong. Listen to Keith Jarrett. The photographer Harry Gruyaert's Morrocan photography was partially what originally inspired me to pick up a camera.
This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)
'This Changes Everything' by Naomi Klein. 'Secret Histories - finding George Orwell in a Burmese Teashop' by Emma Larkin. The 'Tao Te Ching' by Lao Tsu. 'Meme Wars' by Kalle Lasn/Adbusters. 'The Tao of Travel' by Paul Theroux.
