My Bio Raised on ranches in West Texas by parents of the Depression and Dust Bowl Era, I am a simple displaced cowboy who enjoys life. I enjoyed service to our country in the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and the US Postal Service. I played eleven and six man football in Texas where the 3 R's were taught; Ridin', Ropin', and Roundup. My greatest wish that someone may enjoy something I've written one day. Probably not, but life's tough.

Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
a grouping of short stories from my youth. Texas was and is a Great state to grow up in. The freedom of space, wildlife, natural resources, and Interstate 20 make life pretty easy.
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...
I have served in both the US Navy, January 1969 (RVN) as a Gunner's mate, and the U S M C through November 1984, as a communications officer, and other billets. Many of these writings have little to do with my military time, but still, they affect all of us "Who served without recognition" during the Viet Nam years. No grips! No complaints! Just do us the honor of reading, learning, and knowing the history of the "Senior trip" none of can forget.
