Marco Pecci est né le 21 mars 1946 à Naples. Licencié en science po à l'université de Rome, il travaille auprès de institutions européennes jusqu’à sa retraite. Il découvre la photographie à la fin du siècle passé. Diplôme en photographie à l’académie de Woluwé-st-Pierre. Street photografer, jette son regard dans les paysages humaines d'ici et d'ailleurs.
