Dawn Frary is an award-winning Iowa City photographer. She has been photographing professionally since 2008 as the Dewey Street Photo Company (deweystreetphoto.com), and has photographed numerous weddings, events, bands, pets, families, and models both in the Iowa City area and across the country.

Her work has been exhibited at several Iowa City locations, including The Chait Galleries, White Rabbit, Revival, and the Java House. Past clients include GSpot Hair Design, the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History, and various local and regional musicians such as Raw Mojo, Jeremy Kinn, and Monadnoc.

Dawn’s work has appeared both in print and on the Web, including Offbeat Bride, Poppytalk, Travel + Leisure Magazine, POSI+TIVE Magazine, Giant Magazine, Analogue Sunrise, and on the Villisca Axe Murder House website.

She has been a contributor to Iowa City’s Little Village magazine since 2008 and has served as the photo editor since early 2012.
