Nature and animals have always been my passion. Growing up in a small rural area found me raising so many different species of birds and pets. I have always had a connection with animals and pets in particular. I began drawing and photographing animals at an early age and continue to this day, painting big and bold canvases of wildlife and pets. Please check out my website for some interesting viewing. I have often wondered what animals think and feel, especially wildlife when the winters are harsh in the mountains and forests. And after sharing my last 16 years with my three cats, I wrote the short story, "My Little Family", of what I felt were their feelings of our coming together as one happy family.
