Ronald Monroe serves as the Sr.Pastor of Perpetual Praise Tabernacle of Faith Inc. Pastor Monroe was born in Philadelphia, PA. to Ronald and Marcia Monroe. As a youth, he often wondered why he could not get away with the same things that other children his age did. He would later realize that God had a plan for him and every time he did something that would put that plan in jeopardy, he was found out. At the age of ten, the family suffered divorce and he went to live with his Grandmother (Lenore Milburn), while his two younger sisters stayed with his mother. In high school, Pastor Monroe would sit around with friends and joke about the preachers that “had” to be lying because they were sweating. Little did he know that one day he would become the same thing that he joked about. . He is a man after God’s own heart. Pastor Monroe’s desire is to see God’s people walking in their purpose and destiny. He understands that being a Pastor is just an assignment, but GREATER is still calling
