I am passionate about helping people, self-growth and about inspiring people to figure out what they want from life. I love photography and have always appreciated the value of a journal which has resulted in the creation of this guided journal. I hope to add on to this and create a series.
I am currently a movement educator and was a middle school teacher previously. I hope that this guided journal will be valuable in your self- growth.
