I graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B.Sc degree in Zoology and Botany and carried out research in both. Changed to full time painting, mainly indigenous Cape Floral Kingdom flora, obtained the Grenfell Medal for Botanic Art from the Royal Horticultural Society , London..... 13 successful solo exhibitions later, opened Gallery Art Inc at the beautiful historic Groot Constantia Wine Estate in Cape Town during the summer, and built up a wonderful mix of local art......in many media.......created by well known and new up and coming artists, many from the previously disadvantaged members of our rainbow nation. Unfortunately we no longer have the venue which is why I have created our website....www.artincafrica.com...have a peek.!!
Greece, in particular the islands, is my favourite chill out place, and I have noticed that the wonderful old architectural features are fast disappearing......which suggested 'A VIEW THROUGH' I hope to produce a sequel......?
