"If formal training is what makes a photographer or artist, then I most certainly am not one. However, if passion can be substituted for training, then I am easily included. My love for photography began early and has evolved into a concept; great photographs are not posed, staged, or prescribed. I operate on the belief that the best photographs happen in the “now”. My goal is to capture a common scene from unexpected angles and varied lighting to make the boring everyday subject suddenly interesting."
