Being a horticulturlist for over 14 years,and having a great passion for bush tucker has been an exciting adventure.The amount of times l have spent researching, foraging and tasting wild bush tucker has been a pleasant learning experience and even to this very day, l am still in the field discovering and researching wild bush tucker and their uses.
