Bill Rhoten is a freelance photographer and artist from Sacramento, CA. In addition to this, he is also a railfan and spends countless hours observing and photographing trains. His first book, Benching Steel Vol. 1, is a collection of some of the artistic graffiti covered trains that he has photographed.
