By day, I'm an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources for my local municipality. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As the chairperson of my workplace wellness program, I plan and coordinate wellness activities and create monthly wellness newsletters.
By night, I pursue my passion for writing. I founded the blog, Vitalaging4women in 2016. I provide health, wellness, and personal development articles for women of all ages.
