About

I went to work for Castles, Burleson, and Gant in 1974 as an intern right out of college. I worked for them for 14 years. In 1988 Gant and I became partners. Gant-Barnard Architects continued until 2003 when I started my own firm.Our office staff varies in number depending on the amount of projects during the year.
I have been drawing doodles nearly all my life, but only recently started saving them into sketch books.

Areas of Expertise

Most of all our work is commercial, however we do some residential for clients and friends. Our expertise is Automobile Dealerships. I have worked on over 100 dealerships in the State of Texas and Utah.

Professional Affiliations

I am a member if the American Insitute of Architects, National, State, and Houston Chapters. I have served on several Community organizations board of directors and currently a board member of the United Community Credit Union and The Rotary Club of Northshore-Houston.
