I am passionate about all things photography. I was lucky to have a high school teacher take me under his wing and teach me the rules of the darkroom and shoot with a Pentax K1000. I attended college for black & white photography and learned how to use various camera formats (2 1/4, 4x5 and 35mm cameras). I then worked for a small family photography store selling camera equipment and taking passport photos. More recently I have taken an Advanced Digital Photography course at the Emily Carr Design Institute of Art and my husband suprised me last Christmas by giving me a Photoflex lighting kit.
I have been taking photographs for over 18 years and would love to turn my pastime into a full time profession. Right now though I'm just a girl with a camera in one hand and one eye closed - Click!
