Raised on ranches in West Texas by parents of the Depression and Dust Bowl Era, I am a simple displaced cowboy who enjoys life. I enjoyed service to our country in the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and the US Postal Service. I played eleven and six man football in Texas where the 3 R's were taught; Ridin', Ropin', and Roundup. My greatest wish that someone may enjoy something I've written one day. Probably not, but life's tough.
