Susan Graves, LMSW, works with the older adult population as Assistant Director of Social Services at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, a premier non-profit organization offering an array of integrated human services to New Yorkers from ages 3 to 103. Susan facilitates support groups, provides individual counseling and case management. She is a founding member of Threshold Choir International - a hospice volunteer organization started in CA in 2000 and was one of the founders of the Manhattan and Hudson Valley chapters. Her book, Endgame, a collection of essays about the year of caring for her parents at the end of their lives is being edited for publication in 2018. During her years working at Prevention Magazine, Susan wrote a weekly column of light-hearted inspirations about aging gracefully called A Pound of Better. She is now in the process of writing 100 Words a day and she's moved to circles, instead of squares. Susan divides her time between Manhattan and the Hudson Valley.
