My Bio
|
Born in the French Alps, in Grenoble, Sylvie graduated in Political Sciences and holds a master's degree in English, with highest honors. She was a lecturer in the top preparatory schools for Political Sciences in Paris, and also translated some 25 novels from English into French, as well as a book on the tea ceremony in Japan. While a translator, she could not wait to write her own books. She even went as far as to change a character in a novel, and got told off by the publisher! She loves to travel and is a lover of the arts. She has been a painter and a photographer for many years, and has exhibited her paintings several times, both in Paris and in Toronto.

Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing
|
Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about... |
A travel book, with photos I took in Egypt, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Austria, France, Italy, Fiji, New Zeland, Hawaii, Costa Rica...
Then another book of short stories. |
|
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists... |
"The power of now", by Eckart Tolle. Mind blowing, and mind shattering.
My favourite painting: "Virgin and Child with St Anne", by Leonardo Da Vinci - at Le Louvres museum, in Paris, in the Italian Renaissance section. |

This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.) |
|
"Creativity", by Osho. |
