To this end she is the founding editor of Teton Family Magazine: Cultivating a Healthy, Sustainable Community (www.tetonfamilymagazine.com. Her website, the Ecogastronomy Initiative: A Balanced Diet of Pleasure, Health, Sustainability and Global Justice (www.ecogastronomy.org). She is also the founder and president of Slow Food in the Tetons, a local chapter of Slow Food USA. Sue is also vice president and co-owner of Aerial Boundaries (www.aerialboundaries.com) and the Teton Ice Park (www.tetonice.com).
