After several highly successful years at a Beaverton-based brokerage Josh ventured out on his own to help open Plum Tree's Portland Pearl District Branch to better serve his clients. Able to offer more localized, friendlier services, along with an expanded line of products, Josh has quickly become known for discovering products for his clients not found elsewhere. His approach is grounded in ensuring his clients remain clients for life.

A native Portlander, Josh attended PSU and lives in northeast Portland with his champion-bred English bulldog, Pearl, a frequent office visitor and sometime daytripper at the Lexi Dog Social Club in the Pearl District.
