Teresa is a serial entrepreneur. She is known for her high energy level, her creativity and her take action attitude. She has a passionate drive for life and believes that 100% is possible 100% of the time! Having studied innovation, change leadership for more than 20 years and works to put INNOVATION IN ACTION! Her clients have ranged from Sun Micro to Coca Cola to CED and Norway based Trustix. She has a passion for assisting individuals and organizations in many ways including turning ideas and innovation into true action plans and profitable results. Teresa is a former executive of the Tom Peters Company which provided a great platform for expanding her thought leadership experience. Prior to founding CLA, she held senior positions with Red Hat, Inc. She was responsible for pre-IPrevenue and building the sales organization to drive revenue from 5 Million to over $135 Million.
