Victoria "Vicky Love" Franklin is the founder of Dear Music. Dear Music is a STEAM advocacy organization that utilize the arts as a tool for social change. Vicky is a Professional Member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Alumni of the Urban Leaders Fellowship-Nashville Cohort, and (HBCU) Tennessee State University.

For her dedication to community service, Vicky was awarded the 2019 State of Downtown Memphis Vision Award for the Beale Street Artcrawl Festival. She also made history by being the first ever to host an Arts Festival on America's most iconic street "Beale Street."

Vicky obtained her Professional Science Masters in Applied Geospatial Information Systems and Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies with a minor in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Tennessee State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree.
