Worked for 25 years in US software technology companies and in parallel (since 1988) has been lecturing on ICT matters to MBA students in the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Since a couple of years he's been involved in lecturing and consulting alone. Recently engaged in a four year R&D project in the frame of EU's 7th Framework Programme.
Does paintings and shoots photographs in his free time. Since mid 2006 he's been blogging about all sorts of items in his "VJK Diaries".
