David Blackwell is developing his cinematic photography and genre stories through photos and writing. He started writing for a local paper with a movie and TV column at the end of 1999 before branching out into his Enterline Media web site in 2001. He has been writing movie, DVD, and blu-ray reviews (on a regular basis) for his web site since 2003. He is currently working on other projects including working on the first public version of THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY, a novel inspired by the tales of Alice in Wonderland. He hopes to start making his own films soon.
His favorite movies are Blade Runner, The Big Sleep. Across The Universe, Amelie, The Chronicles of Riddick, Blue, and others. He watches over 120 movies a year and reads a variety of comic books including The Unwritten, Saucer Country, Witchblade, and Artifacts while waiting for new comics work by Paul Pope.
