Internationally known photographer Von McKnelly has been creating images around the globe from Europe to the United States and Canada for two decades working in the fashion industry as well as a fine art portrait photographer.

A self taught artist Von was creating portraits using a friends 35MM film camera when the passion for photography consumed his every waking moment. With the same sense of exploration as with everything in his life Von followed a career in photography that has taken him to San Francisco, Paris and Barcelona where he lived for two years soaking in the European fashion couture.

" I paint with light" is what Von says about his chosen profession and it fits his work well. Whether it's fine art portraits, still life or his wacky humor images, Von controls the light to create the perfect picture.
