|My Bio||Ed Mersich, enlisted in the USN in January 1964. After a year’s training he was assigned to the Amphibious Attack Cargo ship USS Tulare, AKA-112. Mersich was trained as a shipboard electrician and served in various roles; shipboard and boat electrical systems maintenance, power generation and distribution. Mersich was discharged from active duty in 1968.|
