Artist, wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, explorer! Having lived all along the west coast of the United States I have finally come to rest in beautiful Cambria, on the central coast of California. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. Now I am living the creative life. This first book, Random Thoughts, is truly a compilation of experiences from the first 60 years of my life. I believe, like the Huichol Indians, that I am here to be creative and live each day to its fullest. If just one thing I write or paint brings joy or laughter to someone then I have surely succeeded. It took me 12 years after I began writing to gather the courage to include my poetry in my art work. Now, the two have become inseperable. I don't know where my journey will go from here, but I do know that surrounded by the love of family and friends I am one of the luckiest people alive. Watch for the next book, already in the works.
