My husband and I stopped eating processed flour several years ago to lose weight. I began milling my own flour, which has lead to bread baking classes and now a cookbook. Whole grains have changed our lives, we eat better and still have kept the weight off. This cookbook has 100% whole grain recipes along with education on how to bake with whole grains.
I guess I consider myself a whole grain bread geek!
