Author Mark Noble was born in Chicago, Illinois in the early 60's and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Mark's first publication, Arrival of an Artist, drew private accolades from the few who were close enough to receive a copy. The revision shares with the public the amazing talents and strengths of Mark and his daughter.
