The cookbook is our first book that my five and four-year-old have worked on together. We had loads of fun making it and testing the food. On a deeper level, we are also thinking outside of our kitchen and figured this was a good project that could help other kids that may need help getting a meal on their table.
The Roots & Shoots Book is a wonderful compilation of four families' journey, discovery, and growing concern for our environment. This book is a collection of a year's worth of gatherings, activites, and outings we all contributed to in countless ways.
