About the Book
The first step in making these changes is observation. If you are able to observe how you think, feel and do what you do now, you can decide if any of those things need to change in order to get you where you want to go. In just 10 minutes a day, this journal guides you to observe and reflect on what you think, feel or do. Every 10 days you get to reflect on your patterns and after 30 days, you can create goals around anything that you noticed that you want more or less of in your life based on the collection of your own data.
This journal is meant to be a self-directed process, easy for anyone to follow without the need for a coach. However, the addition of coaching helps accelerate the breakthrough process with more questions that dig deeper into reflections and expectations are set for accountability to keep you moving forward. A coach will also provide expert guidance around goal setting in addition to supporting you with solutions that make sense for goals you want to accomplish.
