About the Ebook
This book is mostly a collection of old poems written throughout my life in response to trauma, inspiration, an event, etc. Writing is very much a cathartic experience for me. It is a huge part of my healing and growth process.
For every $100 I make I will donate 50% to ActBlue bail funds, mutual aid funds, and activist orgs and post receipts to my Twitter.

About the Creator
Brittany Allen
Oakland, CA, US
I'm a creative, poet, photographer, and activist. In the past my activism has focused mostly on photo-documenting Black Lives Matter protests and documenting the ordinary lives of Black people to make sure there was always a narrative coming from a Black woman and to help combat the abundance of negative stereotypes of Black people in the media. I have also sold an ebook, clothing, and have had my haiku and illustrations featured in galleries across NJ and NY – all on menstruation. I continue to aim to celebrate, educate, collaborate, and empower with an intersectional lens.
