Untangling My Kite is the jumbled, twisted mess of a professionally-trained cook, whose inner boy struggles to get things right again. We follow him through divorce, drug abuse, and survival at a truck stop overrun with gangbangers, inside a nursing home dominated by teens and lusting women, and at a county jail full of retributive, wounded people, all of which create this confessional story of street justice.
