A playscript for young actors (recommended ages 7-18) with cast of 18-28, "The Bandido Vásquez" is a tale of heroism, swashbuckling bravado, teamwork, and the fight for justice, set in the old west of California in the year 1850. Based on real historical figures of central California and written by local playwrights, the original Vásquez himself was a real bandit for the people and the inspiration for the Zorro stories. An excellent script for youth theatre or school theatre programmes.
