About the Book
Laura Andersen is an author, dog lover, wellness enthusiast and, most importantly, a creator and seeker of joy. Her motivation for creating Joyful Juices and Smoothies is to spread love and joy through fruits and veggies. Laura infuses fun and playfulness each time she steps into the kitchen and hopes to inspire everyone to do the same. As a former teacher, Laura loves to share her knowledge and insights of natural living and chooses to approach each day with positivity. When Laura is not whipping up new juice and smoothie recipes, she loves to ride her bike, garden, explore the outdoors, read and joyfully have spontaneous dance parties to celebrate life.
