About the Book
This film also stars Mark Lenard as Eberhard Hoffman, the head of the Catholic Church in the region, Christopher Neame as Ulrich Zwingli, the Protestant leader in the Swiss Canton of Zurich and a key member of the Reformation, and Daniel Perrett as Wilhelm Reublin, one of the first to preach the beliefs of the Anabaptists.
This commemorative scrapbook contains a synopsis of the movie in screencaps and narrative. To supplement the story, the producers, cast and crew submitted their personal behind the scenes photos as well as other candid photos to be included in this journal. They also wrote stories and anecdotes of their experiences while filming the movie. There are touching tributes and funny outtakes, as well as stories of the volunteers that made costumes and donated their time, materials and horses so this film could be made within budget constraints.
This is a comprehensive, commemorative journal -- and a one-of-a-kind retrospective. As Robert A. Nowotny, the Producer of this movie, said -- not even GONE WITH THE WIND or any other award-winning movie has a tribute or commemorative companion piece of this magnitude or detail.
