This meditation journey starts with your breath, settles into body and mind, lovingly explores past and future, helps you become comfortable with receiving and giving love to yourself and others, and finishes off with grounding in Divine love.
How do you use the booklet?
- Access each guided meditation via the included QR code.
- Use the journal section of each meditation to record your experience. Questions to prompt your reflection are included here.
- You might choose to complete the booklet in eight days but to more fully integrate the experience it is recommended to savour each meditation. Take time to repeat each exercise for three to five days and journal each experience to navigate and expand your journey.
