Nye Ffarrabas has been making and imagining Fluxworks for more than 60, a writer/poet for more than 80 years. The Friday Book of White Noise is a work of word art, the collected notebooks of informal ideas begun when two Fluxus artists, Bici Forbes/Hendricks - now Nye Ffarrabas - and Geoff Hendricks, shared thoughts, questions, rambling observations of daily life; event scores that often led to art pieces or performances. Nye continued The Friday Book and has now edited and annotated the present compilation. Further essays, by Jane Alden, Bracken Hendricks, Hannah Higgins, John Killacky, and Sur Rodney (Sur) provide context and ballast to the present volume.
